Welcome to the Southwest Airlines Charitable Giving online request page. Southwest Airlines is committed to giving back to the communities where our Customers and Employees live and work.
Please review our guidelines to make sure your request fits within our parameters. If so, simply create an account in order to input and submit your donation request. We require that a copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) determination letter be uploaded in a pdf format for consideration. This information assists us in making the best evaluation of your proposal. You also have the ability to add images and an attachment within the application. We cannot accept any materials sent by mail, fax or e-mail.
Southwest Airlines receives thousands of requests each month; because of this volume, we regret that we cannot respond immediately. We will respond at least 30 days prior to your event or by a print or rsvp deadline if given. Please ensure that your organization only submits one request per event (per calendar year).

You will also receive e-mail communications from southwest@sponsorport.com with updates on your request at various stages of the process.
